I have always thought water was an integral part of our daily life and have attributed many things to lack of water, like a headache, tired feeling, illnesses and the list goes on, Just ask my kids...
I was talking with a good friend over the weekend and this topic of water consumption came up, our kids had a good laugh knowing that its not just their mom who says "how much water have you had to drink today" when they come to us with any ailments or complaints of not feeling on top of the world.
Any way I want you to share in our like-mindedness of the importance of drinking water so I have attached an article from my friends website that I would like you to read.
This is a GREAT article on Water and the benefits of it. Please take the time to read and inform yourself

Holiday Balance
Feeling a little sluggish & blah after the Thanksgiving Food Fest? It's natural for everyone to indulge around this time, but punishing yourself mentally or physically isn't necessary. Instead, spend your energy being mindful of balancing out all of the "extras." One of the most important parts of attaining true healthy living and happiness is balance. Did you overload on too many holiday sweets one day? Skip the sugar and give yourself extra veggies the next. It's a simple as that!
If you know you are going to enjoy some of your favorite seasonal treats (your great-aunt's special cookies, MY double layer pumpkin pie), schedule in a little extra physical activity to balance it all out. Sometimes the last thing you have time for during the month of December is going to the gym. So try some fun exercise with friends or family like ice skating, a walking tour of holiday lights, or dancing in your living room to holiday tunes, family walks around the neighborhood. These are some great way to keep your digestive system flowing and keep some harmony.
Happy Holidays! Be Blessed!!
